To install the TortoiseSVN client, first, download the executable file from this link based on your system architecture (32-bit or 64-bit). Then start installing the application. The step-by-step screenshots are given below.
After accepting the license, select the command line client tools to install along with other modules as shown in the following figure. Then follow the remaining steps until the installation is complete.
Now both the server and client systems are ready to use. So, you have to create a repository in the SVN server to allocate users to work on it. Thus, read our next tutorial SVN Server Repository Configuration.
